你需要具備以下特質：- The ideal candidate will be degree or tertiary educated and have gained a minimum of 2 years experience in cosmetic/beauty salon/PR firm within similar positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as well as the ability to build up strong relationships with partners and colleagues.
- Good network within the industry with online marketing company, magazine, related field compaies or personals would be an added advantage.
- Candidates will be able to improve operational processes and drive strategic initiatives.
- Candidates should have a strong sense of responsibility and can work independently.
